Izzy recently helped me with tapering a piercing, and he was wonderful. He was professional, warm, and explained exactly what he was doing step by step throughout the entire process. That made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated the care he took to make sure I knew what to expect and felt comfortable the entire time.
